The Quick-Work Ecosystem
Six products, the screens inside each, and the shared platform they all run on — with the integrations that let their parts work together: one access model, one role catalog, one audit trail, one snapshot layer behind every dashboard. Hover any node to trace its connections.

Key connections
- Access Control (RBAC) gates every product and its screens per member — Owner is god-mode; Admin/Member/Viewer are default-deny and see only the parts granted to their user, group, or role.
- HR Directory powers the people-pickers in Work (managers, assignees, time, decisions) and Portfolio (PMs), links employees to their login accounts, and owns the single role catalog — Work's delivery roles, forecasting capacity, contract owner/procurement/legal and an asset's owner/custodian all resolve against it.
- Comments are the audit trail. Every entity's thread carries manual notes alongside an immutable, user-attributed record of each field change — plus who deleted what, on the parent. Work, Contracts, Inventory and HR are covered; Portfolio is the remaining gap.
- Workflows organizes the concepts of every other product into repeatable processes — and Work is where they run: a project's methodology IS a workflow, its tests are workflow instances, and starting a run creates a real Work project with one task per step.
- Analytics snapshots are computed on the write path and invalidated org-wide on any change, so every dashboard, report and KPI reads a sealed pre-aggregate instead of recomputing — including the custom dashboard builder.
- Groups are composed of roles, employees and nested groups rather than raw logins; the resolved membership is what access control, contract and asset scoping, and alert addressing all read.
- Requests & Support collects feedback from every product into one cross-org triage queue.
- Backup & Restore (owner-only) exports an entire org — every product's data — to a zip/.qbk, decrypting then re-sealing through the org key, with import/clone and Dropbox delivery.
- Reference currencies feed all money surfaces — Contracts, Inventory funding, Work finances, Portfolio forecasts.
- Encryption (KMS) seals sensitive fields — contacts, money, prose, and webhook credentials — across all six products (40+ org-scoped tables), with every record scoped to its org, member, and creator.
