Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quick-Work and its products (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members’ access and roles.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security or access controls, disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. You are responsible for the content your organization stores in the Service.

Where billing is enabled, the Service is offered on a per-seat subscription. Fees, billing cadence, and any proration are presented at sign-up or in your billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Your organization’s content remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service stores contract and asset metadata and links — not your signed documents.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add, or remove features over time, and may revise these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited as set out in your applicable agreement or, in the absence of one, to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On deletion of an organization, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
